Nice vid and great performance
The hole is just a trash-bin underneath the table, probably the tail of the shrimp, and the burning volcano thingy is onion and cooking wine!

for all that show, it had better taste better than the 5$ beef and broccoli that i get at my local Chinese takeout.
you are so wrong, it taste so much different because the hot pan is much hotter than regular fry pan. In chinese cook, the temperature of fire is the key of everything.
