the chickens, OH GOD THE POOR CHICKENS,
are your videos supposed to be funny?
Question :
when smoking a whole chicken, cooking time indirect is multipul hours (chicken falls apart)
However in the Video The indirect time is just under an hour for the thighs…
(after searing)
does the meat still fall off the bone in the same way as a skoker or other slow roating,? and if not….
If grill Just thighs for the same time as a whole chicken will I be over cooking?
Decisions decisions for BBQ this week end!
mmmmmmmmm goddamn its making me hungry, and this time a protein bar just wont do! Know what I’m saying?
Good tip! Thanks!
Gas seems to take the fun out of grilling though. I finally gave in about 6 years ago and went gas, but really like the challenge of coals and wood. Coals also allowed more ‘downtime’ for beer during cooking.
