		<description>It&#039;s not really clear where exactly you&#039;re putting the thermometer. Which is kind of the point of the video. It should be inserted on the side nearest the camera!  You&#039;re not piercing the breast meat itself, just sliding the thermo into the joint? Hard to see, exactly.</description>

if its stuffed i also check the middle of the stuffing
everythng should be at least 165F</description>
