I love Goji berries. I eat a handful everyday. It gives you energy too. I ordered 3 pds of it online for $10 per pd. It cost about $20 in stores.I dont like the 100% juice though.

Interesting notion on how a person should cut back on fats if you feel tired. I come from a culture that eats meat, chicken & rice everyday. yummm, and bread w/butter. But i do feel tired when i wake everymorning, even though i had slept plenty. Thanks for the comment, i think i might have learned something.

Getting used to raw food takes a little time at first. I found that once I got past the conditioning of eating the Standard American Diet (SAD) of cooked and processed foods, and I became accustommed to the high nutrition of raw food, my body no longer craved food. And I feel satisfied all of the time. Raw food is the very best diet for anyone with blood sugar issues s well.

Remember to eat a balanced diet If your blood sugar is low add more sweet fruits! If your cold and more fats. if your tired all the time cut back on fats and eat more fruits. Its all about balance soon it will be second nature and your body tells you what you need.

Why is it that when I eat a raw meal, I feel as if I havent eaten a thing all day, and I get really hungry and weak like my blood sugar has dropped.
