Yummy!!! Clara you are so adorable. I know you have heard it before….you remind me so much of my grandma. We live over 1500 miles apart so watching you feels like visitng with her! Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas Clara, thanks for sharing this wonderful knowledge with us
Happy holidays
Merry Christmas Clara you remind me of my grandmother who passed May 2001…at age 94.
I usually just steam mine and add butter, but will try them stuffed and with olive oil next time. Looks amazing! Happy Holidays, Clara and thanks for all the good recipes!

They look delish!!! Thanks Clara and Merry Christmas to you and yours!!! (((hugs)))
Love you, Clara. Let me know if you need another grandson. I’ll gladly apply for the position
I love stuffed artichokes! I never throw out the stem, though. I cut it into cubes and stick it inside some of the leaves, and it gets soft when it cooks, and tastes like the delicious bottom part of the artichoke ^_^
Merry Christmas Clara! You are a gift in yourself. Thank you.
Too bad we all can’t have a Clara in our lives. She is too precious!
Miss Clara, you rock!
Happy Christmas! Thanks for the wonderful artichoke recipe. I am going to make them for my family this year. Thank you!!
I have Clara’s CD (from her website) and her book (Amazon) and love them both. I read the cookbook in one sitting. Her stories about the horrible Depression are uplifting and relevant today. And boy, are they ever interesting!
My grandmother (born in 1902) lived through it and used to tell me many stories, too. My mother and aunt are close to Clara’s age and remember a lot.
Your ideas are so helpful. I loved your laughing at the end!
Don’t stop allowing us to learn from you.
hahahhaa. i love the ending!
Clara, my great-grandmother had very similar wallpaper in her kitchen…brings back memories!
Clara, you’re adorable! One of my closest friends taught me to make artichokes in a very similar fashion. So yummy!
I adore you Mrs. Clara. You are an inspiration to us young uns. Thank you.
As always a wonderful video, Happy Holidays to you and yours!
