Here’s my recipe: 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup brown sugar OR 1/2 Tbsp molasses with 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 3 bananas, 1 tsp vanilla. I’m going to try adding some chocolate chips next time I make it.

Looks pretty tasty. The sour cream is a neat idea. I have a vegan recipe that I use… I can’t believe how many different recipes there are for something as simple as banana bread! Thanks for sharing.

I would stick with the sour cream. Not sure what pudding would do to this recipe. Cheers, Jason

Try 1/2 cup chopped black walnuts. Just depends on how many you want in there!
